Parent coaching provides guidance and support for caregivers looking to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address challenges their child may be facing. Sessions focus on practical strategies to support your child’s emotional, social, and behavioral development, while also fostering parental confidence and consistency. If your child is actively participating in therapy, confidentiality is always taken seriously: your child will be informed about what is shared and involved in discussions when appropriate, ensuring trust is maintained. Parent coaching sessions may include reviewing strategies suggested in your child’s therapy, exploring effective ways to set boundaries, reinforcing healthy habits, and problem-solving around challenges at home, school, or in social settings. The goal is to equip parents with tools to support their child while promoting a positive, collaborative family environment.

We provide professional documentation and letters for a variety of purposes, including school accommodations (504 or IEP support), workplace accommodations, testing accommodations, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters, and other professional or clinical documentation commonly requested by clients. Each document is prepared thoughtfully to reflect your current mental health, needs, and functional considerations. If your child or teen is involved in therapy, confidentiality is always prioritized: information is shared with parents or institutions only with informed consent and in a way that preserves trust and privacy.

We offer Q&A-style mentorship and consultations for professionals seeking clarity in their career goals, collaboration on clinical cases, and support in building a sustainable practice. We believe growth in this field shouldn’t come at the expense of yourself, and we’ve gathered tools and insights to make the process feel more sustainable and attainable.
Therapeutic Approach
My approach is holistic and integrative, grounded in getting to know you as a whole person, mind, body, and environment. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I draw from evidence-based approaches I’m trained in and tailor them to your specific needs and goals, helping you move beyond coping and toward real, lasting change. Below are a few of the approaches I often incorporate:
RELATIONAL THERAPY & ATTACHMENT THEORY
Through a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship, we work to understand patterns and build more secure ways of relating to yourself and others. Attachment therapy focuses on how early connections shape the way you relate, trust, and navigate emotions in your current life.
EXPOSURE AND RESPONSE PREVENTION (ERP)
Guides you in gradually facing feared thoughts, situations, or sensations without relying on avoidance or compulsions. Over time, this retrains your brain to tolerate uncertainty, reduce overthinking, and break the cycles that maintain distress. Gold standard treatment for OCD and other anxiety related disorders.
ACCEPTANCE & COMMITMENT THERAPY (ACT)
Helps you develop psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult thoughts and emotions rather than fighting them. Using mindfulness and values-based action, ACT supports you in creating a meaningful life aligned with what truly matters, even in the presence of discomfort.
SOMATIC BASED THERAPY & MINDFULLNESS
Focus on connecting awareness of the body, breath, and present-moment experience to emotional patterns. You’ll learn to be an observer rather than reactive, helping to release tension, regulate emotions, and build calm presence and self-understanding.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
Focuses on how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and how unhelpful patterns can keep you feeling stuck. Through practical, evidence-based strategies, CBT helps you shift negative thinking and build healthier habits to improve mood and reduce anxiety.
SCHEMA THERAPY AND PARTS WORK
Focuses on identifying and understanding deeply held patterns and beliefs that often develop to protect us but can keep us feeling stuck. By exploring and working with different parts of yourself, therapy helps heal underlying wounds, meet unmet emotional needs, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a more integrated and balanced sense of self.
