Live less in your head, & more in your life

Evidence-Based Therapy for Young Adults & Teens

If you’ve been overwhelmed by anxiety, constantly overthinking, or frequently feeling triggered, you don’t have to keep “coping” or managing it alone. In fact, we were never meant to!

Therapy is a supportive, down-to-earth process, where you can share the things that are hard to say, and practice doing the things that you avoid, all at a pace that feels right for you with the support of a fellow human, and licensed therapist.

I specialize in helping clients reduce rumination, increase self-compassion, and build skills that support grounding and confidence in their day-to-day lives and relationships. My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and experiential approaches that support your nervous system and go beyond the “blank slate, passive listener” stereotype. Just as important as any method is the relationship we build and my priority is to always show up in a genuine, honest way, where therapy is collaborative and we enjoy working together, rather than sitting on opposite sides of the work. If this resonates, I'd love to meet you!
