My Approach:

Human, Relatable, and Personalized

We might be a good fit if:

  • You’re a highly motivated individual seeking a licensed therapist in Massachusetts who values an authentic, supportive therapeutic relationship.

  • You’re seeking therapy for anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or relationship challenges that takes a whole-person approach, integrating your past experiences, nervous system, and life context.

  • You’re tired of feeling like you can’t turn your brain off, your overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in cycles of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overthinking that keeps you disconnected from your authentic self and others.

  • You’re looking for both emotional insight and practical therapeutic tools that go beyond traditional talk therapy and managing symptoms to lasting meaningful, long-term change.

  • You hope to relate to yourself with more kindness and self-compassion, so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and confident in your daily life and relationships.

Therapist Mentorship & Private Practice Consultation

While we do not accept insurance, many clients with out-of-network benefits (often PPO plans) are able to receive a reimbursement by submitting a superbill we provide. We recommend checking your specific benefits with your insurance provider before starting. Choosing private-pay therapy often means greater privacy, more consistent care, and the freedom to tailor treatment to your needs without session limits, diagnoses chosen for billing, or interruptions driven by insurance requirements. This allows therapy to stay focused on meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term solutions.

Please note that our services are available exclusively for clients physically located within Massachusetts, as our therapists are licensed in MA.
